Vehicle Availability: Vehicles are provided strictly for scheduled transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary. They are not at disposal for independent use.
National Park & Island Fees: Per Thailand government regulations, National Park entrance fees are mandatory. Standard rates are asfollows:
James Bond Island: 300 THB per person
Phi Phi Island: 400 THB per person
Krabi 4 Islands & other Phuket-Krabi Islands: 400 THB per person
Samui (Ang Thong Marine Park): Subject to standard park rates
Important: If your tour package expressly states that National Park fees are included, please ignore this notice. If the package lists
them as excluded, travelers must pay these fees directly in cash at the entrance counters.
Water Sports: All water sports and related activities are excluded from the package and are payable directly by the guest.
Personal Expenses:Any kind of personal expenses, such as room service, laundry, and telephone charges, are not covered.
Unforeseen Circumstances: The company is not liable for any extra expenses incurred due to bad weather, natural calamities, flight or ferry
cancellations, strikes, political unrest. Any such costs must be borne directly by the guest.
Payment Policy
50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance 100% payment must be paid at 30 days prior to the date of arrival/departure.
Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charges.
31–45 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
21–30 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
Within 20 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges will apply. No refund will be provided.

All rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
If the arrival or departure airport is DMK (Don Mueang Airport), additional transfer costs will apply.

In case of any issues after check-in, the customer must immediately contact the hotel reception.
No refund will be applicable if the customer cancels any tour or service after reaching the destination.
In case of any hotel surcharges, the customer must pay directly at the hotel.

The change in travel dates will require a revised quotation (re-quote).
