Child Policy: Children under 3 years old are considered Free of Charge (FOC) as a special case; however, any incidental child-related costs incurred during the trip must be paid directly by the customer. Note: Any child over 90 cm in height will be considered and charged an adult at all attractions.
Airport Transfers: Standard transfer rates apply. Pick-up or drop-off from Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) will incur anadditional
surcharge.
Vehicle Availability: Vehicles are provided strictly for scheduled transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary. They are not at disposal forindependent use.
James Bond Island: 300 THB per person
Phi Phi Island: 400 THB per person
Krabi 4 Islands & other Phuket-Krabi Islands: 400 THB per person
Samui (Ang Thong Marine Park): Subject to standard park rates
Important: If your tour package expressly states that National Park fees are included, please ignore this notice. If the package lists
them as excluded, travelers must pay these fees directly in cash at the entrance counters
Payment Policy
50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance 100% payment must be paid at 30 days prior to the date of arrival/departure.
Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charges.
31–45 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
21–30 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
Within 20 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges will apply. No refund will be provided.

Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply.
Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary and will not be at disposal unless mentioned.
Final vouchers will be shared after full payment and booking confirmation.
