Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking, enquiry, payment, or using any services provided by The Travel Spark, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Booking Policy

Payment Policy

An advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid before the travel date as communicated by our team.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise mentioned.

GST and applicable government taxes will be charged as per prevailing regulations.

Failure to make payments within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
Pricing Policy
Travel package prices are based on prevailing airfare, hotel tariffs, exchange rates, transportation costs, and government taxes.
Any increase in airfare, fuel surcharge, visa fees, hotel rates, government taxes, or foreign exchange fluctuations after booking confirmation may result in additional charges payable by the traveller.
Flight Bookings

Flight schedules are controlled solely by the respective airlines.

The Travel Spark is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage loss, denied boarding, or airline operational issues.

Airline cancellation, amendment, and refund policies shall apply.
Hotel Reservations

Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by hotel policies.

Holiday Packages
Our holiday packages include only the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary or package inclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, package prices do not include:
- Personal expenses
- Meals not mentioned
- Entry tickets
- Optional sightseeing
- Adventure activities
- Laundry
- Shopping expenses
- Tips and gratuities
- Medical expenses
- Porter charges
Visa Assistance
The Travel Spark provides professional assistance for visa documentation and application processing.
Visa approval, rejection, processing time, and additional documentation requests are solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate.
Visa fees are generally non-refundable.
Passport & Travel Documents
Travellers are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- Their passport is valid for the required duration.
- All necessary visas and travel documents are obtained.
- Immigration and destination-specific travel requirements are fulfilled.
The Travel Spark shall not be responsible for denied boarding or immigration refusal due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended for both domestic and international travel.
Insurance policies are governed by the respective insurance providers, and all claims are subject to their terms and conditions.
Changes to Booking
Any request for amendments after booking confirmation is subject to:
- Availability
- Supplier approval
- Airline rules
- Hotel policies
- Applicable amendment charges
- Fare or rate differences
Additional costs, if any, shall be borne by the traveller.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges vary depending on airline, hotel, cruise, visa, transport provider, and supplier policies.
Certain promotional fares, special offers, visa fees, and non-refundable bookings may not qualify for cancellation or refund.
Eligible refunds will be processed only after they are received from the respective service providers.
Refund timelines may vary depending on supplier policies and banking procedures.
Force Majeure
The Travel Spark shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, additional expenses, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, severe weather conditions, pandemics, political unrest, war, terrorism, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Third-Party Services
The Travel Spark acts solely as an intermediary between travellers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, cruise operators, insurance providers, and visa agencies.
We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, negligence, or service failures of any third-party supplier.
Limitation of Liability
The Travel Spark shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Missed connections
- Lost baggage
- Visa rejection
- Hotel overbooking
- Medical emergencies
- Theft or loss of personal belongings
- Supplier-related service interruptions
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to The Travel Spark for the booked services.
Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information responsibly.
Customer information is collected solely for travel bookings, communication, legal compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell or share customer information with unauthorized third parties.
