Payment Policy

50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance 100% payment must be paid at 30 days prior to the date of arrival/departure.
Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charges.
31–45 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
21–30 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
Within 20 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges will apply. No refund will be provided.

Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary and will not be at disposal unless mentioned.
Final vouchers will be shared after full payment and booking confirmation.
