  • Any increase in Government Taxes, VAT, or Entrance Fees after the quotation date
  • Any expenses arising due to flight delays, cancellations, weather conditions, natural calamities, political disturbances, or any circumstances beyond our control
  • Any services not specifically mentioned under Package Inclusions.

Payment Policy

  • 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining balance 100% payment must be paid at 30 days prior to the date of arrival/departure.
  • Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charges.
  • 31–45 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • 21–30 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • Within 20 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges will apply. No refund will be provided.

* Rates are dynamic and subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
* Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00 (unless otherwise specified).
* Cancellation and amendment policies apply as per hotel/supplier terms.
* Rates are net and non-commissionable unless stated otherwise.
* Child policy: 2-11 years. Infant policy: 0-2 years.
