Day Wise Itinerary

After arrival at Bali International Airport, our driver will pick the guest from the airport, and drop them to there hotel, for check in at the hotel / villa. Driver for airport pick up will arrive after 45 - 60 Minutes, after flight arrival time, so that you will get enough time to clear all the formalities at airport, like, Visa, Immigration, Luggage collection and Customs.

Pick up at 0930 - 1000 hrs, from the hotel's lobby, depending on your hotel location. We will take you to the Water Sports location at Benoa beach area. You will get to enjoy one of the best water sports activities in Bali Main Land. You will get to do the pre-booked activities -- Banana Boat ( 01 Round ) + Jet Ski ( 01 Round ) + Parasailing (01 Minute - Fly Time) .Other than these activities you can also take option activities, on direct payment basis. After the water sports, we will take you directly to Padang Padang Beach in Bali, Indonesia, is celebrated for its crystal-clear waters, white sandy shores, and unique limestone cave entrance, making it a popular spot for surfers and beachgoers alike. After the visit to the beach, we will take you directly to the Uluwatu area for your visit to Uluwatu Temple with its stunning sunset. After the tour, we will drop you back to the hotel for good rest.

Pick up at 0545 - 0630 hrs, in the morning depending on your hotel location. Please cross check for exact pickup time with the driver. The boat departure time is 0800 hrs (Tentative), from Bali. The reporting time / check in time is normally 30 - 45 minutes before departure time. We will take you to Harbour, for boarding a Sharing Boat to Nusa Penida Island . On Nusa Penida, our tour driver, will provide the full day tour including Kelingking Beach, Angel Bilabong, Broken Bay, Bubu Beach sight seeing's. The beach tour will finish between 1400 hrs - 1430 hrs. After that you can enjoy Snorkelling & Canoeing at the Harbour, until the boat departure time. Departure time from Nusa Penida is at 1630 hrs

  • Visit the iconic Handara Gate, a famous Balinese landmark known for its stunning traditional architecture and scenic mountain backdrop.
  • Explore the beautiful Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, the famous floating temple located on the shores of Lake Beratan. (Optional boating is available at an additional cost, payable directly.)
  • Continue to Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali's most iconic sea temples, and enjoy its spectacular sunset views over the Indian Ocean.
  • After the tour, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Inclusions, Exclusions & Terms

Inclusions

  • Number of nights stay in mentioned hotel (Only if hotel is booked with us)
  • Daily Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant (from day 2) (Only if hotel is booked with us) & Other meals as mentioned in the itinerary
  • A/C vehicle (Description given Below) during the tours and transfers.
  • 01 water bottle (600 ml) per adult per day during the full day tours and half day tour, in Bali. But For Island tours like Nusa Penida or Nusa Lembongan, or any other island tour, the water bottles will not be provided, on those islands.
  • Welcome with Flower Garland upon Arrival at Bali Airport.
  • Airport to Hotel / Hotel to Airport -- Private Transfers, as per the itinerary.
  • All transfers & sight seeing's as mentioned in the itinerary on PRIVATE A/C VEHICLE only, other than mentioned.
  • Basic English Speaking Driver during the tours and transfers, in Bali Mainland. For remote Islands like Nusa Penida / Nusa Lembongan / Nusa Ceningan, drivers provided can not speak english very well. Please use google translate, if needed The driver will not be guiding the tours.
  • All entrance fees + Local Taxes, Donations, parking and toll charges, for the above mentioned itinerary, other than mentioned, as some places, the Local Govt. will be taking the entrance charges directly from the guest, and these charges cannot be paid indirectly. So we have mentioned these kind of charges already in the itinerary.

Exclusions

  • Airfare, train fare, visa fee or insurance unless specifically mentioned.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, tips, telephone calls, mini bar and room service.
  • Entry tickets, guide charges, adventure activities or optional tours unless mentioned.
  • Anything not mentioned under inclusions.
  • ON ARRIVAL VISA CHARGES -- IDR 500000 (USD 35 Aproxx) -- TO BE PAID BY TOURISTS ON ARRIVAL
  • INTERNATIONAL TOURISM LEVY CHARGES -- IDR 150000 -- TO BE PAID BY TOURISTS ON ARRIVAL

Payment Policy

  • 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining balance 100% payment must be paid at 30 days prior to the date of arrival/departure.
  • Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charges.
  • 31–45 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • 21–30 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • Within 20 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges will apply. No refund will be provided.

Important Notes

  • Incase, in your package booking, if there is any Candle Light Dinner at Jimbaran Beach, than the food will be delivered from an Indian Restaurant to Jimbaran Dinner Location at 1800 hrs, on same day. At the time of Dinner, the food is reheated and served by the staff, as there is no Indian Restaurant on Jimbaran Beach. So, please make sure to pass this information to the client, at the time of booking
  • The above mentioned cost is for Specific number of guest, as selected at the time of quotation creation. If there will be any change in number of pax, than there will be change in prices as well.
  • If the traveling date is within next 21 days, than 01 time payment should be done, according to the CUT OF DATE provided by us.
  • Please provide the flight details at the time of booking. In-case there is any modification required due to change in flight timings / dates, then we will not be responsible for the charges / penalty applied by the Hotel(s) & Service
  • There will be no refund for unused services. Also there is no modification allowed in the itinerary, after the guest arrival, as all the services are pre-booked well in advance, and are prepaid.
  • All Rooms & Rates are subject to availbility at the time of booking.
  • The given prices are valid only for 5 working days.
